Hi, well i have a friend who is desperate to get Renegade working.

He has windows XP sp2 and a GeForcefx 5200.

When he attempts to launch renegade the game just freezes at the main menu. hes tried the latest nvidia drivers even.

anyone got any idea?

Have your friend check his firewall to check that it's not blocking Internet access to Renegade.
