give me a hint for the second one (not one of the ones on the page Razz)

There's a specific sequence. If you were to change the sequence, you would change the answer. It's not just a simple addition.

It's also a good idea to go to BED early when it's christMAS eve.

Yes, BEDMAS can be a factor. It was, however, intended to be a vague hint. "What part of it applies?" Wink

(For those who don't know.. BEDMAS is the order of operations in a calcualtion... Brackets, Exponents, Division, Muliplication, Addition and Subtraction)

I've always learned it as PEMDAS. Parentheses, Exponents, Multiplication, Division, Addition, and Subtraction.

"power of" refers to a exponent.

ya but BEDMAS makes more sense Big Ups

Thats the way I was tought it. You'll need a lot more then BEDMAS or BODMAS or whatever it was to get through the mind-splitter version of petals around the rose.

I quit trying to figure out the Mind Splitter one. Maybe when I get bored enough I will continue to try and figure it out. Until then I don't think I am going to bother.

Its like everyone else has said many times, you just have to think about the name of the puzzle more than figuring out the puzzle itself. Once you figure the name out, you've figured the puzzle out.

Wow, if you look at the Hall of Fame someone actually figured out the mind-splitter version.

I'm anxious to hear from them to find out a little bit more. There could easily be a loophole in my PHP(won't go into details while it isn't fixed) or they could have actually got it.

Well it looks like these people from Renegade Forums are just too smart! I'm pretty sure both people who figured out the mindsplitter version are from here.

If you want to know how to do it, send me a private message and I'll explain how to do it. Try to figure out it until you can't stand it anymore, though.

What was it?

If you JUST viewed the game frame where the dice are you could click view answer then click back and enter it in. Don't know if nightma noticed this or not you could also randomly guess until you got the right answer then just hit refresh and it would keep adding up.

I left the glitch open while testing the hall of fame script. Just forgot to fix it again Razz

Its all fixed now. Took me litterally 10-20 seconds. Just had to reset the session as soon as the player gets the right or wrong answer. Either way it can't be breached now.
