Dillo. But it's only for Linux.

I use firefox, but I'm considering switching to Opera. I just like the customization that extensions give you. (I don't want to hear "Hurr Opera duz that 2 without downloadin nething lol" because I have extensions that were custom coded for some forums I visit, and they are very, very helpful. Opera has nothing close.)

Internet Explorer?
- 7 - Not sure yet
- 6 - Not secure, not easy to use, not enough support for CSS
- 5 - Not secure, not easy to use, not enough support for CSS

Netscape?
- It's still around?

Safari?
- I respect Safari, but I don't use it

FireFox?
- Plugin support is the only thing it has over Opera.

If I'm not mistaken, Opera 9's widget system does everything Firefox "extensions" do

Show me widgets that:

1. Mimics Adblock plus (the inbuilt content blocker is not as good as adblock)
2. Will highlight the current element I have moused over on a page
3. Will allow me to change proxy servers with 1 click

etc.

Opera widgets are as good as useless to me, they are too much like desktop widgets.

Personally I just use Proxomitron for one and three; I'm not sure what you mean by two.

Proximitron looks good, but it's not an Opera widget.

For the second one, I have a plugin for FF that helps me design websites, it allows me to hover over an element, say a paragaraph and it will show me where it is in the site structure, i.e.
html > body > div#main > div.content > p

It also highlights the particular element, which is nifty for checking padding etc.

I actually have Opera installed, its not bad looking, but I still like firefox better. I like its extension system better and couldn't give two shits about widgets and adblocking and all that crap.
