When i install CP2 my german game turns to english.the menu and the ingame messages are in english the sounds are in german.
can you help me?

Might be a problem by removing the german always.dbs while patching the game from CP1 to CP2.

I have it in german all the way. You can get the german DBS file here= http://download.renguard.com/always_dbs_german.zip

Corepatch 2 is buggy... Listen

In other ways, remove ANY strings.tdb you will find in your DATA dir, this often is crappy shit and comes with many Mappacks.
