I was looking around the internet for tech support for F.E.A.R. and I ran across a website that will test your computers specs to see if you can run certain games.

http://www.srtest.com/referrer/srtest

You can select a game from the list and it will test your computers specs and tell you if you can run that game or not. Thought that this website might be of use to many people.

the site just compares your pc specs to the advise specs from the company. I got a pentium M 1.7 and it says that i can't run FEAR when i could run it fine with good settings.

The processor clock specs are always over eXagerated. BF2's Minimum 1.5gz and it runs fine on a P3 933. With graphics low but still the Pentium 3 is not even supported.

I have a PCI ATI Radeon 9200 and I run FEAR jsut fine, and the test said my computer fails miserably at it. But if you look at the reasons they give you as to why your computer failed, for the video card it is most likely because your Pixel Shaders and Vertax Shaders drivers are out of date.

Even Microsoft's "Game Advisor" is better than that.

Is your graphics card the PCI or AGP version?

My computer can't run anywhere, it just sits on my desk. Thank You, Thank You, I'll be here all week. Be sure to tip the waiters, and have a good evening.
