Are you sure he said retinal? Perhaps he meant reticle, in which case, it simply means he downloaded a new crosshair to use in the game.

LOL retinal.

He got a new eye part. That would help ME aim better if I had a better one!

Retical dont really help you aim better they just change how your aimer thing looks.

if it was an aimbot it would have to be his own that he programmed, cuz none that I know of work beside death-adder's clickbot

The retina is the back wall of your eye. This is the surface in which the light that goes into your eye collects on and is sent to your brain via optical nerves. Your retina cannot be replaced.
