That could be used on the whole "Reborn Sucks" thing. I mean, it's not going to stop sucking any time soon. At least, not if Retardin has anything to say about it.

Yes, but it's amusing to bash them because it provokes a response. With you it's just like listening to nodbugger bellyache about the stupidest shit.

Focus your energy on something that's more productive, like bashing Reborn or bashing people in this forum.

I don't dislike Hiphop or Rap music. But I dislike the whole gangsta Pimp scene. I see the whole gangsta scene as one big gimic. A gimic is good, certain artists only using one gimic there whole career can also be good.

But the whole fact that every Rap artist seems to think he has to use the gimic in such a big part of there music to sell records, is really Screwed up.

They use that gimic because it's cool. They are flaunting their money instead of the miserly losers who put it in a bank, never to be used, EVER. Bill Gate's benefactors will not spend 80 billion dollars, THEIR benefactors will not spend 80 billion dollars. That money is being wasted. It's despicable. At least rap artists are buying stretch escalades and platinum diamond encrusted goblets. They aren't squares.

Remember, it's gimmick, not gimic.

You know you can make it easier for your self now.

Instead of constantly pointing out all spelling errors, you could also simply remember people to use the spelling checker. It makes it easier for you, in case your lazy like I am. Big Grin

Of course he could remind ( Razz ) them to use the spell checker, but it's the same thing, that would still be pointing out that they made spelling errors.

True, but why care about him doing it. As long as he just does it to people like me who really don't care about it, I see no problem in him doing it. There is no reason now, to start discussing the fact that I made a error, and ACK is so "friendly" to point it out. Listen

Funny that the spelling checker doesn't find grammar errors, in this situation.

Oh well back on topic: Now a days Rap music, overrated or not?

Way to fix it. I do "spend money fake bling bling". You know, because that makes grammatical sense... Sarcasm

Sure it is. Because it sells records. (Or CD's, whatever....)

He doesn't hate rock, he hates Green Day, Weezer, Good Charlotte, etc... He likes AC/DC as you can see by his signature.

I don't know, I kind of like Weezer. Not all of their music, but it's not bad for the most part.

I agree with almost everything j_ball has said in this post. Rap music (and most of modern Rock) is just a bunch of bullshit. Everything is starting to sound the exact same. Look at Classic Rock. They would play what they wanted to, whether people liked it or not. They wouldn't give a fuck if it sold records or not. They played as a way to express themselves. They didn't expect too much profit. They sang for peace, love, and freedom.

Now days, people play music for nothing but money. The Rap scene is just a bunch of wannabe pimps, and the Rock scene is just plain shit. Maybe the Rolling Stones and Aerosmith can kick ass with their new albums. It'll be funny watching old 60-70 year old former drug-addicts topping the charts which are normally controlled by 20 year old "punks" who don't know what true Rock is.
