It's nice that Crimson got this new forum layout done, and I'd hate to ask for more, but I have a suggestion for these forums.
I'm not sure if you already plan to do it, but my idea is to change the posting layout back to its original. (I'm NOT talking about the color scheme, I'm talking about having the posts on the left).
For example, have the posting layout look like this:
I miss that style and I would like to have it back. Thanks for considering.

I prefer a real forum layout, a layout with users' names on the left and their corresponding messages immediately to the right, in alternating background colors to easily visually differentiate between two or more messages.

I was referring to that comment, that having the large green border that is the user info over each post makes it easier to tell when you've moved to the next post (rather then having the posts alternate between two slightly different colors).
Having the user info over the posts instead of beside it allows some more room for the posts, breaks up the individual posts better, and looks better in my opinion.

I'm really not keen on making any more updates to the site than necessary. At this point I have only altered two files (the CSS/aka colors) and the header for the logo)... I don't want to make updating a bitch.

Yes, that's on "my list"... the author of this forum set all of those to use the same CSS style which means I probably have to make some edits I didn't want to make. :\
