There are a couple of forums that have had their purposes changed, and it's left many threads in need of recategorization. I am accepting volunteers to gain temporary access to move threads into the appropriate forums.
It is a requirement that you have at least 100 posts.
Please post here if you'd like to volunteer.

unless this is something that requires human intervention to decide where to move it, I would think a simple SQL script would be the easiest way to do what you're trying to do.
Message me on ICQ if you want help with it, I'd be happy to look at the tables and write it for you.
-edit.. I hadn't look at the front page categories yet, if you're wanting to move the BHS threads in the uncategorized forum to one of those above it, I guess it would require someone to actuall read the thread to decide where it goes.. Sorry, count me out on that one

I have to go out to dinner in a few, but I will grant "move" access to several of you who have volunteered when I return. The 'Renegade Client' forum which was formerly the "technical support" forum will need at least the last 30-60 days of threads sorted into the new categories, and the "unsorted" forum should be 100% sorted (for searching purposes). It shouldn't take more than a couple of hours total.
Thanks for volunteering for this ugly, but useful task.

Just do what you can to sort the "UNSORTED" and "Renegade Client" forums into their appropriate places. For simplicity sake, put FDS Serial questions into the Windows FDS forum because you don't need those for Linux servers. If you're not sure where to sort something, just leave it and maybe someone else will know where.
To move threads, you can click the "move thread" link in the thread in the list, or checkmark a bunch and click "move" at the top.
