Bullshit to some extent. Their are pros and cons to the Geneva Convention. If you think about it, it ended up turning WAR into a game with all its rules. WAR IS WAR People. People die in it and in some of the most cruelest way. The treaty trys to clean up the use of cruel and bloody tactics but it doesnt garuentee bullshit! The Convention Only applies to the countries that have signed the treaty, so it doesnt matter really!
