What's your favorite type of military Aircraft? I've had a recent obsession with it, again...

I prefer the F-15 ACTIVE (Advanced Controls Technology for Integrated Vehicles) over any other aircraft to be honest.

SR-71 Blackbird, a plane that doesn't need to be stealthy. Unclassified files say it can go around Mack 3.5, but it was never retired because they found a aircraft that was better, which would mean one day they might want to bring her back into service, so I don't know if all the files are unclassified.

Favorite fighter: The F-22 Raptor. It's being made to replace other fighters like the F-15. It's stealth, and is capable of reaching mach 1.5 without afterburners (supercruise).

My favorite bomber would have to be the B1-B Lancer, like Phoenixx.
Its more of a Fighter-Bomber than a Fighter, but my favorite Fighter is the F4 Phantom, used very well in the Vietnam Conflict.
My favorite Chopper would have to come from the US Delta Force. The Black Hawk.

I don't get why it was cancelled, or why it was being made primarily as a recon/scout to supplement the AH-64D Apache Longbows instead of replacing them. It's stealth, and can carry many more weapons (double sets of wings if needed) then the Apaches could.
