I know this is a n00b question, but here it goes. Where do I get the software/how do I create a server that uses advanced commands where I can type stuff like:
!kick
!poll
etc.
Is this an Irc command? I downloaded the irc script for Renegade but I am not sure if I set it up correctly.

First you need to go to the westwood site and download the RFDS (renegade free dedicated server) this will allow you to host a game without having to open renegade.
Then you need to go and get Blaze regulator from http://www.blazeregulator.com read the FAQ and set it up how it says, if you cant get it to work come back and i am sure someone will help you
