When i have kids, everytime i drive past a fast food restaurant, im gonna punch my kid in the face, then they'll never wanna come..

Yeah, Cebt is right, Ack. Their mod is almost done, and I gotta say....it's better than the Ren Alert mod.

Right, it's so much better... That's why it doesn't have a nine month development time and a guy who can actually model characters, vehicles, and skin them himself plus make his own textures unlike 99% of the community.

They're also doing heightfield maps, and using Medal of Honor textures in them. Strike one up for ingenuity in modifications.

A few people saying it's better hardly makes it better. Indeed, saying something is better doesn't make it so.

ACK, you flaming fucktard, you have no clue where we're coming from. Look into what we're about before you go saying that we're "another "Studio" of people who will never do anything." And for everyone who has offered to help, I appreciate it.

I already looked into both of your modifications long ago.

I'm not impressed with either. Neither is most of the community, which is why they're so barely known.

Look into our company, not just the modifications. We are looking to hire in professional help and just offering some spots to our fellow Renegade Gamers. I for one havn't worked on either mod that we have supported nor have I had a chance to beta test yet either. Those modifications were done started before we had become organized. These mods are just stepping stones to what we are going to accomplish on our games. If you would like to help we would appreciate it, but if you're just going to flame us, then I would rather you not bother us.

Your company? You don't have any sort of business license from the US government. You don't have any way to generate revenue from retail games as anything you make is non-sellable.

You're fooling yourselves.

As of the moment we are not a company, but I am not foolish to believe that just because we say so, that it makes us a company. We are just in the organization part of it and are asking if anybody is interested in our projects when we become licensed, funded, etc...

$20 says you end up like "Polymods" did.

DC mod isnt even close to being as good, or better then Ren Alert. Ren Alert has buildings, MANY tanks (compared to DC's 5?), MANY infantry (DC has no new infantry), and, the maps are gigantic in Ren Alert. I know it looks fun and all because of everything going on in Iraq, but look at the difference in quality, effort, and features. Ren Alert was built from SCRATCH. All DC has is acouple new tanks, and some maps. Saying that DC was better then Ren Alert was a very, very dumb satement.

I didn't say it was a part of our company. I take it from what genocide told me to post, that it was something to show what some things a few of the people did on the mod that I guess are helping us out. Again, I am not totally sure, you'll need to talk to him about it.

Exactly. Well said, Cebt. That is the reason i was not impressed with Ren Alert. I did not enjoy the gameplay. However, the tanks and building were very well done.

Argument ender: Has anyone actully played it to judge it?

And I have full confidense that the final version of Ren Alert will own all.
