Well i also take non free anti virus's too if u know a good anti virus post it here even if its not free cuz i need one and dont mind paying. I actualy just bittorrent them with crack

I used Norton av, worked fine until I "upgraded" to xp

I also used the standard windows defragmenter, that's fine too but I don't seem to be able to shut everything down without collapsing the system and ballsing it up. So yeah a good defrag program would be great, seeing as it's not been done now for about a year

I know you got to do it regularly, but the bloody thing won't let me. I even got "Defrag for windows" which is supposed to shut everytthing down so it can defrag in peace, but it won't

i use norton systemworks 2001..my friend was throwing it out so i just took it, it works great too and it was free...i defrag with the windows version i put my comp in safe mode when i do it..which is weekly

I use the Defragmenter that comes with XP, and I use TrendMicro for free virus scans cause Norton crapped out with its subscription renewal junk and all...
