That's a human path find generator thing... Place it and generate sectors so the AI "knows" the terrain beter.

There are 2 ways to edit existing maps, 1 is by downloading the lvl files. And 2 is by using just the W3D terrain files that are already inside Level Edit.

You beter use the last option if you need to have them since the lvl files are messy.
