I checked the help file, nothing there. Besides its not BR,net, it's the .net service pack that I can't install wich BR.net kinda needs :biggrin:

did you click the "view installation history"? Maybe it shows why it failed.

I saw you have XP, i would like to know if is PRO version or HOME version, is very important, without that i cant help you much, until i know, search in MICROSOFT.COM the Framwork, then install it, you should have an old version or, i had the same problem when i had MS WINDOWS ME, i tried to install Visual C++, but wasn't the .NET framework, but the OS, now i have XP PRO and now it works, Visual C++ just work with NT, 2000 or XP PRO, you can have the same problem, but i dont know that program.
