You are aware of a thing called a search engine? Google is a good one.
http://www.google.com
Type "renedageex" in and click on the first item it returns.

I prefer the XCC Mixer:

http://www.dlcentral.com/?start=126

You have to wait a while when its launched so it can scan ur PC it may stop responding while doing this but don't worry it will start again.

Also XCC mixer (http://xccu.sf.net) is a good program and it will open the mix files from every C&C game made including C&C Generals. I prefer XCC for some tasks. Although RenegadeEx has a more user-friendly interface, XCC is more powerful. XCC can view MIX, BIG, DAT, PKG, TGA, DDS, WAV, MP3, VXL, SHP, TXT, INI, MPR, AUD and many other formats without even extracting them. You can also search the files for a certain file. It has converters to allow you to conver AUD to WAV for example. IT can also do a batch extraction of all the files from a certain mix files or just selected ones.
