That was an absolutely AMAZING game! Boston will be in for it this Saturday.

I think baseball is almost as boring to watch as soccer, but I'm definetely partial towards the Cardinals. Plus, it would look awkward if I was rooting for Boston and I have a Cardinals jersey hanging in my closet.

Oh, c'mon. Baseball is our national pastime! The outcome of the game can turn on a dime at any given moment during an inning as shown repeatedly during each of these outstanding championship series! About the only time when there isn't any action going on is when the teams are going on/coming off the field! Razz

Soccer is just a bunch of passing a white and black ball among a mob of men. Once in a while you'll have a good play here or there, but it's the same throughout for the most part.

Football has been becoming more of America's favorite pastime since the mid to late-20th century.

Football is more barbaric. Although I bet you could debate that because of the use of "clubs" as means to hit the ball. Either way, I love the hard hits, loud crowds, and the game can change all in one play too. Very Happy

To me, football is just as exciting as baseball. I love them both.

I think it's that possibility of the game's overall outcome being changed at any moment during a game. That's really what makes any professional sport interesting and exciting. It makes you want to see the game out to the very end since the game's final outcome is so unexpected.

I prefer college sports over professional. Professional is mostly wrapped up in the hype of the players. Especially with basketball and football.

I cannot wait until next week. I finally get to go back to the Big House and watch the Wolverines trample the Spartans. Very Happy

Football (Soccer) rules any American Sport.

Only because the NHL is on strike right now. Football/soccer is a great game, but ice hockey is even better. It's the same basic idea, except more physical and 10,000% faster.
