Remember, US citizens are granted Freedom of Speech under the first amendment of the Constitution of the United States. However, this is the Internet and privately owned websites do not fall under this. That's like if I came to your house and spraypainted "Bob Johnson is an asshole" on the wall. I can't sue you for freedom of speech if you lock me out of your house.

I take it back, he isn't one of the dumbest and most illiterate kiddies out there, he is THE dumbest and most illiterate kid out there.
1. Like Crimson said, the first amendment isn't applicable in privately owned and moderated boards like this one.
2. No lawyer is going to represent an immature, illiterate, grammatically challenged, self centered little kid.
3. You don't possess the power to shut your mouth, how are you going to shut down the site? lol...
4. I doubt someone as young and mentally retarded as you could start a lawsuit.
5. I could make this reply pages long just by correcting the wealth of misspelled words and the incorrect usage of grammar in your message.

you forgot to mention that freedom of speech does not apply to ANY private entity.
