cost isnt a factor it just says what is the best gun. and i would have 2 agree wit tech i like the regualr sniper rifle better with sniping but Ramjet slaughters any helis or small vehicles, and its quite hard 2 kill a mobius or mendoza wit 500 sniper.

Ill put in a bid from JeffLee - LCG.
And now for mine.
As has been said, it depends on the situation.
If I am sniping, I will see if their barracks is dead or not. If it is, I get the Ramjet sniper, as I know I will have PLENTY of one shot kills, no matter where I hit.
Against Vehicles, LCG or MAss Driver for Nod, PIC for GDI.
For Anti-Infantry.. it depends. You do not allways have to jump for the Mobius/Mendoza. Sometimes a simple shotgun is all you need.
For buildings... well, Techie still is the top of that.. BUT a Volt rifle fully loaded and some Timed C4 can take out a building, and I'm not sure about the PIC/MD either... I think they can.
Anyway, it all depends on the situation.

Two Stealth Blackhands can take down a building fairly easily. Place your two C4's on the MCT of a building and about 10 seconds before it's about to blow get both SBH to shoot the mct. Around 10 seconds after the C4 has blow the building will be destroyed as the lasers are quite powerful. With 3 SBH you can silently blow up a building. This is quite rare as you need teamwork to do it, When members of my clan are playing we can do stuff like this and it works well.
