When you turn on Caps Lock it is not proper to turn it off in the event of hitting a proper noun. Yes, that kind of shit happens seemingly on IRC because most autocompletes don't check for your Caps Lock activation, I know, but the point still stands.

Just for the record, I don't give a shit, just wanted to beat ack to it.
But technically yes it is Nod, but the poster and therefor the post title quoted from the poster are both fine imo as it is just a capitilisation of the words city and Nod for effect.
