Ah does that give you a big mighty e-penis now.. your life must be so dull, that you troll around these forums all day, picking up on everyones errors, I wonder what you would do if these forums wasnt here, find a life, job maybe?

And dave ive already answered you.

Dumbass. Seriously, no other way to put it. Why don't you just shut up before you sound more stupid? I actually looked in your profile because I figured you'd be like 10 years old. I was disappointed when you didn't show it (Don't worry, I wouldn't either if I were you, especially if you aren't 10) By the way, don't you think it a bit hypocritical since every time I've posted you've responded? That's a rhetorical question, by the way. (it means it's not meant to be answered)

Number two, what the fuck does "e-penis" have to do with it? Do I feel good about myself for telling you you're a dumbass? No. But it sure is funny. Note, if you would actually read my posts (Which I know you did, since it's not like you had anything going on, so don't even try and act it) I said I've only corrected you and troop. You because you get so pissed off I actually enjoy it. You think you're cool you use stupid internet lingo and say "troll" forums and such? Wow, yeah, I'm impressed. Odd though, since I work 45 hours a week. What about you? Do you enjoy spending your time talking about people you've never met and their sexlife. As if you seriously knew anything about anyone's life, especially from 2 posts. In fact, I might go so far as to say the only thing you knew how to do was mash your keyboard with your thick skull and breathe. I wish you'd choke.

You do realize that Sniper_de7 doesn't correct peoples' grammar on a regular basis, right? Or did you not read that part.

You didnt do anything, you will soon learn here that many users at this forum are right fucking wankers who will attack anyone who is not them, they all clones, they think they are speical and smarter then anyone elas cause they use prefect english when intelligence has nothing to do with that at all.

Dont really give a crap mrpirate, your all the same to me, anyways, am done.

What can I even say? Yes, there are a few people on these boards who correct grammar rather obsessively, and yes, it is annoying (however, when attacking this behaviour, I'd recommend picking a target who consistently exhibits it, i.e. not De7).

As for intelligence not having anything to do with English usage:
Hopefully, a knowledgable--if not intelligent--person would know the difference between, say, the words "your" and "you're." On a message board, such as this, a person is allowed to use any amount of time they please to construct a post. If someone knows a language and is provided with time to construct messages using it, one might expect the words in their messages to be used in a correct fashion. I don't really know why you wouldn't want to use words properly, anyway.

It doesn't bother me that much if people use words correctly or incorrectly; after all, I am still able to read and understand their messages. However, if using words correctly isn't a sign of intelligence, surely using them incorrectly is no better.

Tanya A. doesn't speak English as a first language and probably, just like me, learned most of its English from conversations over the Internet or at least practised it that way. Many of the people we speak with on the Internet learned/practised the same way. You cannot blame us for not having a superb grammar. Even the native English speaking people on the Internet make these mistakes when talking to us, which makes it even more difficult.

As to joining TK2: that's just because I'm sexy ^^.

Intelligence is the ability to reason, plan, problem solving, think abstractly, comprehend ideas, quickly learn and learn from experience... not the ability to use prefect English grammar.

A person may choose to use short hand or broken English, when they feel like it, as its their freedom or they might be lazy.

This is how language evolves, you think we be using English as we do today in the next 500 years or more? It would had changed.

On the other point, there is nothing wrong with helping people with their English, but its the way some users do it here thats the problem, its rude and desrepectable aswell as being bad manners, if they did it in a polite way, then there wouldnt be a problem.

I don't think I was calling anyone dumb because they couldn't spell. Maybe you're thinking of someone else. I said it was stupid to say that I correct people's grammar all day long, when I just said (for the third time in this thread) That I've only done it it three times about this past year, and in fact, it's all in one thread (here). Why would you
1. Talk shit to me when Dave Mason(DJM), AircraftKiller, and whoever else you think correct people's grammar, do it WAAAAAAAAAAAY more than me?
2. Say that I haven't a life when I obviously don't correct peoples grammar (see above)
3. START arguments after the *first* time i've corrected someone else in over a year.
4. I could probably go on but you get the idea and that's enough.

So do you see why someone might think you not intelligent if a guy specifically states he doesn't correct others peoples grammar over and over and yet you continue to say it? Also the fact that you argue with the wrong people and haven't stopped even though your anger should be pointed at the people I've already stated. I don't usually correct other peoples grammar at all, I only did it to troop because he's a fucking moron and an asshole. I know there are foreign people here and I don't care if they don't talk english perfectly as long as I'm able to read it. Your/you're are the most common mispellings, so I'm not going to correct an easy mistake. Then again, I don't see why people get bothered on the internet at all.

I'll ask again, is it THAT difficult to understand the difference between "you're" and "your"?

Hi Tanya. Congrats on making it into TK2. Keep up the posts, even though these fart nuggets seem to care more about correcting everyone's grammar and insulting each other than making a semi-productive post.
