Quote: | You can try to play the easy game of "I'm not on either side"... but no one likes a fence-sitter. Of course I admit that Bush wasn't cast by the gods out of solid gold, but as far as what I need in a president and what I feel the country needs in a president, this man is the closest we have to fitting that bill. And because the Republican party says outright that they don't require everyone to fall 100% in line like sheep, I can be proud to BE a Republican and still disagree with some of their core principles (like gay marriage, as an example).

That's funny. Last time I checked, fence-sitting was when you support both parties, jumping on whichever side is most popular or most likely to win. It requires being indecisive- I can assure you, I've already made up my mind. I won't vote for Kerry or Bush; neither one of them is fit to lead this country. I will search for another candidate who identifies with my views, and vote for them instead. I do believe, at last count, over 70 people were running for president; there must be one out there who would be a better choice for me than Bush or Kerry. I lack the virtue of compromise, so I will not make one by voting for a candidate who sees only a few issues the same way I do.
"Arms discourage and keep the invader and plunderer in awe, and preserve order in the world as well as property. Horrid mischief would ensue were (the law-abiding) deprived of the use of them." - Thomas Paine
Remember, kids: illiteracy is cool. If you took the time to read this, you are clearly a loser who will never get laid. You've been warned.
