Well, this is kinda off topic but can some people give me web hosts links for free hosting-$7 hosting or just a webhost directory to choose from. I will be making a CNC Renegade fansite, with a clan, collections of mods, audio clips, music, and "good" glitches. to name a few.

ahh. I purchased the ipower one and I have to pay $96.95, oh wellz. My domain will be rikkye-renegade.net but is not active yet bcuz I still await for the setup email. thx for all ur help. u may continue to post webhosts for people to use.

I recommend http://www.valcatohosting.com - I've got 3 accounts with them now and they're an excelent host. CNC Community is hosted with them so ask around for the downtime it's had (almost none).
They've upgraded their cpanel so the version quoted on their website is slightly out.
