Idea I think I have the solution that will solve everyones problems!

Start > Control Panel> Add/Remove Programs > Renguard

The fewer people that have RenGuard, the fewer that will be able to play Renegade after a while, ALL server's SHOULD have RenGuard support, keeping cheats out was the RenGuard team's plan, all we have to do is allow that to happen, it's for the best and should most definately be a reality for good Very Happy

Ditto. over 2500 successful installs, maybe 50-60 people who have problems. Just because you only hear about the people having problems doesn't mean everyone is.

i will only play on RG servers now and if someone is having problems with it and dont know how to read the help page or go to the rengaurd support chat then they are idiots and dont desrv to play games on a RG server.

I feel, personally, that anyone who doesn't have RenGuard doesn't really deserve to play Renegade, if you don't cheat, why not have it? It's there to verify that you don't cheat, unless you're hiding something you should have it :rolleyes:

ACK, you generalize and base your opinion on an entire group based on the word and an individual, or two, maybe three

As for RenGuard (to get back on topic) It is currently installed and running on OZ owned GSA servers with very little incident. Yes a few users are having some trouble, and possibly expressing that in some form here. I will do what I can to help them isolate their unique technical problem, I don't do personal problems. We don't need another ACK vrs the world post.
