troop, what is it, in your reply, I haven't seen a yes or a no, in fact, its more of a essay answer for a "dodge"

Personally, I think troop uses programs like Net Limiter so he can lag his ass off in 1v1's, and then u have the enemy walking straight and he just takes out a pistol and aims at your head.
