I conceived a wonderful idea where there is a floating platform in the sky that you can only reach if you use a transport helicopter. This would be useful for testing someone, because you wouldn't have to worry, and only mods can be on the platform. Is there a way to allow only certain people to use the transport helicopter to access the platform?
