Thing is, I paid for those CDs in either time to this community through work, or by actual money.
I'm not giving you anything from them unless you pay me for each song you use, elsewise find a different source.

I'm pretty sure that that is illegal. That's equivalent to you charging someone for the Renalert mod after agreeing to the Renegade licensing agreement.

Illegal? It's about as illegal as selling a CD at a garage sale.
Don't forget that it's actually illegal to even give him those tracks, seeing as how he didn't pay for them.

Selling merchandise in a yard sale is a legal exchange due to a transfer of property. By selling an object, you transfer all rights, priveledges and responsibilities tied with that object.

If you copied the CD and tried to sell the copies (or any of their contents) instead of the original, it would be illegal.
Eg.
1. John Doe sells his Elvis music collection =legal.
2. John Doe makes copies of his Elvis music collection and sells the copies =illegal.

That's irrespective of the sale, considering you sold intellectual property PRIOR to the sale of the CD.
Ask ol' Frank if he minds you selling his music.
Frank was paid, or continues to be paid a portion of the sale of each Renegade CD sold.
You had no mention of asking his permission to sell this music. This equates to the current disagreement over Napster like music ripoffs.

keep waiting, i saw a C&C TD with poster and CD, and a bonus Dune II disk.
but then gain that went for about 100 pounds so yeah a little expensive.
but keep looking, i got C&C for 5 bucks and 4$ of that 5$ was postinf costs heh.
but keep looking, theres always new stuff going up there.

I also got the Renegade Soundtrack only mine has 15 songs on it. Strange thing is on the back it shows the same list with 14 songs ACK posted. Now normally the 15'th songs is an extra bonus track in this case. But I'm pretty sure song 15 is In Line of Fire. I'm not sure but one song has been added in the middle of the list.
I got the soundtrack at a very well known, CD-strore in the netherlands where you got the soundtrack extra. Note: it's one of the most expensive cd-stores, but hey I wanted my soundtrack.
Size doesn't matter.
