Everytime i try to reply to a thread it say invalid-session.

That's to do with a bug in phpBB 2.04 that Crimson is using here. It's related to your internet connection being routed around various proxy servers, or something.
Goto http://www.phpbb.com and you'll see that they've fixed the bug with the 2.05 public release.

The user facing session_id verification has been removed from this version. This should reduce issues with general users browsing via ISPs which frequently hop between proxies while retaining improved security where it really matters. (moderator and admin controls).

I've mentioned to Crimson about updating to the latest phpBB, but i doubt she will anytime soon because of the amount of customising of the code she's already done - with the aim to make it act like the original WS forum boards.
