Witch Is An Illigal Organization, I Really Got Interested And I Learned That The I.R.S. Would Get On Your Case Really Fast If You Didn't Pay Taxes Therefore I Am Learning On How To Prove That Taxes Are Illigal Maybe By Not Paying Taxes You Can Get A Better Internet Service Provider Than You Have To Play The Game Command And Conquer Renegade But The Bottom Line Is Paying Taxes Is Illigal.
Seriously people how can you fight a war on terrorism with all of your borders wide open!

It's funny you try to act all smart by countering a point that wasn't even being made.
All I said was that by definition, in the United States, the income tax is NOT a direct tax.
Oh, and you have it all wrong about the indirect tax. Yes, the sales tax is an indirect tax, but them being "luxury goods" doesn't make it an indirect tax. It just means that it's either (a) taxed on the end user given to a middle man, and then given to the government from the middle man, or (b) it's a tax on a business for a good that ultimately gets added into the price, thus it's an "indirect" tax on the individual.
Plus, you have it mixed up. It's not that they're taxed because they're luxury items. It's that the necessities aren't taxed because they're necessities. The non-taxed items are the exception, not the luxuries.
