Do like the above. If those comments were sent to you via e-mail or some such means, make sure you keep copies.
If they were just said to you, see if anyone else heard them say it, and get a written and signed statement from them, of everything they said and everything you said back, date, time, etc. Or keep a little audio recording device in your pocket and turn it on shortly before going to the class, or whenever it is that the teacher normally says those things to you, so that you can get some proof of what was said.
Then gather all evidence, witnesses, etc. and go to the Principal or Vice Principal about it.

I think he gets the idea..take it to the next authority. If he is too cowardice to do that then he probably wont do anything useful at all.

Shit, if your teacher's saying that, he or she is probably right. Looking at your posts confirms my assumption.
Instead of whining and bitching and crying and looking for ways to screw that teacher over, why don't you try excelling at your studies and entirely proving the teacher wrong?

take it...my school the teachers cuss at you and talk shit and they make fun of you and the campus security....sells and smokes weed to the students......got to love it...

Sometimes those teachers are from such underfunded shit schools. Sometimes they are simply dumb. LOL reminds me of a real story.
My high school was (still is) in the top 100 list of best high schools in Pennsylvania. Once during 11th grade, my Chemistry teacher got ill and could not come for 2 months. The school had no choice but to get an emergency substitute from a Philadelphia city school. Looks like he was the only one available to teach the subject.
And ROFL hard we did! Haha...the guy was a dumbshit! He didn't have a SINGLE clue as to what he was supposed to be doing. LOL, he would give out tests and quizzes and we wouldn't get them back for like 3 weeks. And when we did, we would all have A's and B's.  And he gave out a ton of cheap ass extra credit. And during classtime, we would just sit around and discuss a little bit of chemistry but soon enough the guy would be talking about nuclear proliferation and what not. Hahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!
We learned absolutely nothing those 2 months and when the regular teacher returned, she was MAD AS HELL. And she was very harsh on us for the rest of the year when it came to tests and exams.
But those were great 2 months though lol.

That's nothing compared to the classes I went through in high school, and my experience is probably nothing compared to French schools here in Quebec.
Schools should all be privatized, that way retards would get expelled and suspended more frequently. This way, we would end with really shitty schools where all the useless kids would end up, while the rest of us could function efficiently in real schools. In government funded schools students can get away with anything because they're 'guaranteed an education.' However, instead of receiving an education, bad students are just forced to sit at a school and ruin the learning process for everybody else.
Anyway, thank God high school ends in grade 11 here and I managed to graduated at 16. I was able to save myself 2 years of unproductive bullshit.

I agree...high school for me was a gigantic waste of time...2.8 GPA weighted. As soon I get to college(where most students want to be there) my grades shoot up to 4.0. It is the atmosphere that counts...surrounding yourself with an environment that promotes excellence instead of being in a room where the teacher spends most of his or her time helping the students that don't give a shit. Let them fail.

When I was still in school all the teaches just gave us a HUGE packet of paper, told us to do all of it before tomorrow, and then surfed the internet till class was over.
