I tried to make a new account but when I logged in with it. It said only 9 Nicknames per Serial Number. I can't remember the passwords for the nicknames and I can't manage to reset them or anything.
Is there any way I can reset the Serial number with a different 9 nicknames?

I think he means he no longer has the serial which he used to register the nicknames therefore he cannot reset them. He wants to know can he have the serial changed for them nicks.
