I remember downloading a cool reticle for Renegade a long time ago but I forgot where to get it. It looks like squares with missing sides, and lines...
I DON'T KNOW! Razz

I just know it's not a round reticle, can you try to tell me where to get that type of reticle?

Maybe he means this:

See how that could be a square without sides and lines?

I'm just guessing but that's what I'd think of by the description.
