Don't you think there should be a way to turn off !forcerg for someone? As in making it so every time they try to invoke !forcerg, they get an error? At the moderator/administrator level, this could be a very useful tool in combatting !forcerg abuse.

P.S. A similiar thing could be done with !votekick...

But apparently RenGuard doesn't work with Windows 2000 or something? There was a guy that was being repeatedly forced on n00bstories, even though he can't run RenGuard. I agree that for everyone who can run it, there is no excuse not to download it... but it seems more than a bit unfair to expect people to buy a whole new OS just to be able to play on their favourite server?
