Yes considering windows cannot run without IE. All new browsers do is set themselves to the default browser.

If you want to risk earning yourself a lawsuit go ahead and use a serial code and activation.
If you are smart you wont risk it by letting PS contact adobe with the details you are trying register with so they get your i.p.
A smart person uses cracks or deletes the trial version entrys in regedit.

Look I am 15 years old. Why would you even want to threaten a 15 year old with a sentence that makes him wonder if his life is ruined. If Oblvian, if you really did submit this to adobe, my life is over. I am too young to even realize the big mistake I am doing by getting this crakc or whatever, it is a Federal Offense to get cracks I just found out a second ago from my parents. Why would you want to ruin someones life who you have never met and who is only 15 years old? I mean lord help my sould if you really sent this to adobe, not only could I go to "The under aged prison" for life but then you woiuld be ruining my whole life which is my fault mostly. What I am saying is if you did submit that to adobe, and they did file a lawsuit or something, my chances in life would be 1 in one million.
I don't know if you really did it or not, but the fact is, I am scared. I mean it. I don't want any part of these forums anymore, because it is just trouble, and most of you always talk about hacking the people you hate. Goodbye. I don't want anything to do with these forums again.
