Yeah no one will ever want to sit through that load everytime they visit your site. When it comes to the actual site, it looks ok, but the photoshoped headers are horrible.

The loading has to be there for security reasons but i fixed it down to a mere 2 seconds.

LOL - I'm not a web designer & I normally don't criticize novice work, but that site needs some work dude...! I'm sure it's functional, but it needs some major cosmesis...& start w/ the banner at the top, it's pixelated to hell.

Oh Lord. I can't say anything nice, so I won't.

But I will say that if you are going to plaster "Learn about RenGen Corperation.™" over your website, make sure you spell Corporation correctly, that you are an actual corporation and that you register that trademak (although I'm not sure what is being trademarked).

Not bad for a begginer. But it need alot of work. Check out glydes and learn to use Photoshop and Dreamweaver. Glydes looks very professional and thats what you want to shoot for when creating a site. And make sure all of your images are very clear without pixelation. Im sure you'll get better, show us again after you work on it. and for photoshop tutorials to help you out go to http://www.good-tutorials.com and i suggest if you have any problems go to http://www.apocmedia.com to judge and give you suggestions before you use them for your site. Site building takes practice, but its pretty rewarding when you learn to do it well.
