Dont believe it is fake. Its a guys portfolio site. Even though the game isnt being made (which he states), they can still show thier work off.

Look at the date as well. It says 2002. I could have been an older C&C 3 project that was dumped earlier on. They may still be working on C&C 3.

Hope they make this one, it would make them alot of money as will most C&C games, and if its in the Generals engine or better then it should be good, so long as they don't fuck up the story.

Took you guys long enough to find Tom's website... I had it for a looooooong time.

He was one of the artists who worked on Renegade II before it was canned. Everything there is real. He did most of the Renegade weapons, too - anything signed "TAS.01" is his work.
