To each their own. Reborn still sucks. The Redeye looks like the real launcher, which looks like crap. That's normally what military hardware looks like.

Heh, I want a verse that specifically states that I cannot post on a forum simply because I don't play the game it relates too very often, or the verse that states that I cannot tell someone when their head is up their butt? Quite simply, attacking my religion seems like a bit of a shot below the belt. Kinda low if you ask me.
Not being a major part of this community anymore, I feel I have the right to post exactly what I want. If I see a good reborn model, I will post about it being a good model, if I see a poor model, I'll do the same. Same goes for RenAlert. I'm not biased towards either mod.
The only reason why I "troll" is becuase you need to get your head out of your butt and loose the superiority complex. Your stuff is good, but it isn't the best out there. You'd be a much better part of this community if you went ahead and helped people rather than just point out every little nitpicking detail out. (Seems you me you don't like it when people say your work sucks, so stop doing it to others, I'm sure you've heard someone say "do onto others what you'd have done unto yourself")
So yeah, I'll continue to post here, and I'll continue to tell you to remove your head from your butt as long as I want to. If you have a problem with me, so be it.

I just want to know what standards those are?
I'm a nice guy, if you ever got to know me you'd realize that I'm one of the most innocent, self respecting guys you'll ever meet. I don't curse, do drugs, have sex, or do anything else thats laid out by the Bible, just not sure where it says anything about me hanging out on a forum, or posting my opinion. Sure, there is the verse about pointing out specs in other's eyes when you've got a plank sticking out of your own, but in this scenario, I honest couldn't have a plank in my eye simply because I'm not saying anything to anyone but ACK, and I don't do any modelling of my own, so its simply an opinion.
If you ask me, leave religion out of it.

FYI, everyone, I like to post pictures of my work when I have finished them, at present, I dont have any building models because they're being made/textured etc, and I will edit the maps once large models such as the Mammoth tank has been completed, so that I can make sure that it has good access to most areas of the map.

I'm not going to reiterate the history of Rebarn just so you understand where I'm coming from. Maybe Steppo, or someone else, can post the full history.

Sure! Lemme just not give a shit in as few lines as possible.
(Sometime when God had forsaken the world) - AoD is born. Doctors question parents' sanity for conceiving in the first place.
(Sometime after that) - AoD gets the fantastic idea of creating a mod that sucks the gay out of Richard Simmons' ass.
(2002 - 2003) - Reborn is started. God cries.
(Summer 2003) - AoD hires approximately 20 Beta Testers, mostly from the United States. Steppo joins US Beta Test team.
(Still Summer 2003) - Steppo and team write a multi-page bug report, posted in the Reborn "Beta Team Only" forums, detailing many bugs that potentially ruin the overall "Fun" factor of Reborn.
(Fall 2003) - AoD and Steppo go head-to-head as AoD becomes infuriated with the "Excessive Negative Response" that the US team displayed.
(Yep, Still Fall) - Steppo quits.
(Fall again) - AoD disbands the US Beta Team for "Excessive Negative Comments" against Reborn.
(December 24th) - Reborn is released, promised to be a bug-free and "Non-beta release", yet proves to have more bugs than a bait store. God contemplates suicide. Steppo contemplates ranting.
(December 25th) - Steppo rants. (Copied from RenAlert due to lack of energy to find it anywhere else.)

Why Reborn? There are worse mods out there then Reborn, in fact, several are quite worse. In ranking of all the mods for Renegade, I'd have to say that Reborn is probably second best to RenAlert. And yet the only mod ACK ever publicly denounces is Reborn. And he denounces it a lot. In fact, I wonder if ACK EVER uses the word Reborn in the post without saying how bad it is. I wouldn't say that the so-called "common opinion" is too far from the bulls-eye.
Out of curiousity, ACK, if you see something that looks good outside of RenAlert, you don't ever actually bother to say that it looks good, do you?

Why bash Reborn? For me, it's from personal experience. I'd bash other mods, but i've never played other mods. Nor have I beta tested other mods (RenAlert being a VERY vague exception). Reborn has been handled poorly, developed poorly, and brought to the public poorly. Yet, the team still seems to believe it's the greatest mod in the world, and because of this, they enjoy bashing everyone just as much as Ack does. There's audacity, then there's stupidity. The latter falls on the shoulders of the Reborn crew. I should know, I was with them for a time.
