If I were to give you guys the image -- I'd be from the author's website so he gets the proper credit he deserves for his excellent work.

I don't feel I'm seriously infringing any copyright laws to the point of getting in trouble by removing a portion of the image, and the author's signature. If the author has an issue with it, I can just redownload and put the image back onto my computer that way.
