Use the volt rifle, she'll be too stunned to retaliate. Go for the head to eliminate her quickly.

Then use try the laser chaingun, it does good damage and stuns also. Vs the lackeys use a tiberium gun.

Another powerful weapon is the flamethrower. The flamethrower will continue to burn the units for a while. You can kill everyone in that room with just the flamethrower.
